To finish the process that has been going on over the last two years, we will be migrating our clinical system to the latest version and all Phoenix Surgeries; Cirencester, Tetbury, Kemble, South Cerney and Royal Agricultural University, will be fully integrated. This is a large project and there will inevitably be some disruption during the process, which takes place from Friday 26th April to Monday 29th April.
Surgeries will be closed, except for emergencies, on Friday 26th April from 12:30pm. We will be back up and running on Monday morning, but we do ask for your patience, particularly on the Monday morning as there may be some minor disruption while the new computer system beds in.
All Tetbury patients with online access will need to re-register with new details from the 29th April. We will have a team of people working on this to minimise disruption here and provide new details within 4 weeks.
Patients will not be able to use Online Access from the 19th April 2019.
